Friday's cleaning cake

I neglected a bit my kitchen. That's a sin or at least it would be if I had to throw food away (hate to throw food away). So, what to do with: old crème fraiche, half a cup of old olive oil, some old eggs and some old ginger roots? Easy! A delicious ginger...
