Missing Holland

Yesterday we had a brazilian visitor at the lab. He was back in Holland for holidays but lived in Delft for a couple of years. It was interresting to hear what he missed most from here. - vla (kind of custard, comes in 1 liter-pack) : - haring and lekkerbek...

My first beer

Munich - the visit -

Well... (too many Finnish on this trip...)We happened to cross the Maximilianstrasse 32 : (at least "Bang and Olufsen" sounds norwegian...but there wasn't even a commemorative plate! Poor Ibsen!)

Munich - before departure -

Munich/Munchen is a really nice city, as appeared when I read my guide-book the sunday before departure. In Munich, you have the best museums: the Neue Pinakothek, the Alte Pinakothek, the Archeology museum, the Stadtmuseum. You find an amazing amount...
